Second Amendment & Privacy Statement
Here at Concealed Carry Inc, we are very aware that there are organizations, politicians, and evil forces at work that would love nothing more than to build a registry of gun owners and then slowly confiscate and destroy every civilian-owned firearm until our society effectively crumbles from tyranny.
Because of this, we go the extra mile to protect your privacy. Here are some things we are doing:
- We do not work with banks or financial institutions that have shown that they won't utilize every legal option possible to protect your purchasing data. Financial institutions who have shown they won't support 2A businesses and will gladly identify gun owners based on purchase data and hand the information over to Federal Agencies should be ashamed and don't deserve our business.
- We utilize best practices to secure and encrypt our server, website, and databases and never at any time store any of your financial information on our server.
- We do NOT work with merchant providers or payment processors who would force us to utilize the firearms and ammunition Merchant Category Code; further protecting your information from possible back-door gun registration schemes. Put differently, when you make a purchase on this or any of our websites your financial institution is not able to identify the transaction as being related to firearms. It will be categorized as Sports and Outdoors meaning they don't know if you bought a holster, a fishing pole, or golf clubs.
- We do not share your information with government agencies, census surveys, or other requests for information unless absolutely legally obligated to do so and even then we rely on effective legal counsel to protect your interests and ensure we aren't being duped or taken advantage of.
- While we do have a Federal Firearm License (FFL) issued by the ATF, we do not conduct transfers and thus have no records or customer information available for inspection by the ATF. To put it simply, if/when we are inspected by the ATF, those inspections do not give the ATF access to our customer data.
- As it relates to email followup and email marketing we work with an email relay service and marketing platform that is 2A friendly and guarantees privacy for our customers.
- Orders that ship from our warehouse show the sender name as CCI on the shipping label. This minimizes the risk of neighbors or curious postal workers from knowing the package contains a self-defense-related product. We do not use custom tape or boxes or envelopes that might jeopardize that privacy.
